Tehama Tire Service has been owned and operated in California since 1973.  For over 40 years we have offered our customers the best in tires and service.  We pride ourselves on our quality, expedient auto repair service.

Job Duties:

  • Answer and route calls
  • Maintain filing system
  • Enter all relevant data accurately and timely
  • Maintain a productive and professional relationship with staff, customers, and suppliers
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Respond to customer questions and resolve issues
  • Conduct daily cash reconciliation, bank deposits and credit card transactions
  • Collect revenue by verifying transaction information; computing charges and refunds; preparing and mailing invoices; identifying delinquent accounts & insufficient payments
  • Analyze customer payment plan, payment history, and credit line
  • Review open invoice reports and follow up with a schedule of payments or adjustments
  • Pay invoices by verifying transaction information; scheduling & preparing disbursements
  • Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions
  • Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation
  • Confidently uses computer, phone, and copy machine


  • At least one year of experience preferred
  • Bilingual candidates preferred
