Overview

Responsibilities:

Answering incoming customer calls and greet visitors with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette. Assist with front desk duties, including receiving and directing customers.

Customer service, directing customers to our online store over the phone and with emails. Processing and supporting sales orders and coordinating order/shipments with our Sacramento warehouse.

Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and transacting documents.

Provide clerical support to the team by organizing and maintaining files an records.

Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Filing and organizing using online platforms.

Emails

Organizing and tracking inventory.

Monthly visits to our Sacramento warehouse to count and record inventory.

Experience:

Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred.

Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of receptionist duties is a plus.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
