Overview
The Administrative Assistant, under the direct supervision of the Trindel Insurance Fund Executive Director, is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support for the Fund’s Executive Director. In addition to general administrative work (answering the phone, word processing, filing and receptionist functions), the incumbent also performs duties such as financial record keeping, payroll coordination, IT support, purchasing office supplies and coordinating/scheduling meetings. The incumbent will also answer correspondence of a routine or non-routine nature, work on special projects, and may deal with information of a confidential nature. The Administrative Assistant will also work closely with Trindel Insurance Fund staff, Member County staff, contractors, suppliers and others in the performance of assigned duties. One position open of full-time, benefited position, CalPers. Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
