Job Title: Audiology Assistant Front Office Coordinator

Job Description:

Position is responsible for:

  • Greeting patients
  • Answering the phones
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Verifying insurance benefits
  • Processing incoming referrals
  • Cleaning and servicing hearing aids (will train)
  • Preparing hearing aid orders
  • Record keeping and filing
  • Answer general questions regarding the practice, its service offerings
  • Track patient satisfaction via follow up calls; and in being so, demonstrate superb customer service with a patient centered attitude

Hiring Requirements: Reference Checks

Education Level: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Requires a Driver’s License: No

Minimum Salary: 13.00 Hour       

Maximum Salary: 17.00 Hour
