Installing new energy efficient heating, cooling, water heating, water pumping, lighting, ventilation, insulation, air barrier, and moisture management systems in existing and new residential buildings. Tasks will include all facets of this work from removal of existing systems to installation of new equipment. Related tasks like managing a clean job site and erecting dust containment structures will be required. Diagnostic testing and commissioning are conducted on all newly installed systems. Testing and commissioning tasks include blower door testing, fan airflow measurement, duct leakage testing, duct pressure testing, moisture measurements, electrical power consumption measurements, combustion efficiency testing, refrigerant pressure and temperature testing as well as infrared assessment on insulated structures.

Minimum Education and Experience

Education Required: High School
Driver's License Required: Yes
