Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, team-oriented barista with a solid work ethic to join our bakery & coffee house crew!
Job Details:
- Position: Barista (experience preferred, training available)
- Pay: $16.90/hour + tips, paid weekly
- Schedule: 5 days per week – Monday – Sunday (shift hours can be between the hours of 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
What You’ll Do:
- Craft a variety of espresso, coffee, and tea drinks
- Prepare house-made syrups and backup beverage products
- Assist with the register and customer orders as needed
- Help with baked goods when the register is busy
- Complete closing tasks and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Restock items for the next day of operations
What We’re Looking For:
- A quick learner who can multitask
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude
- Prior barista experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person!
