The purpose of this position is to prepare culinary delights for the guests and execute the menu, ensuring a high level of performances customers satisfaction and profitability. Customer satisfaction revolves around the food appearance, quality of the food and overall dining experience.
Use proper methods of food preparation and handling, Strict adherence to health department sanitation and food handling guidelines. Utilize kitchen tools and equipment as designed, ensuring safety at all times. Take direction from supervisors Interact positively with Front of House staff, creating a cooperative environment. Must be available from May through October.
