Overview
Modoc County Health Services has a permanent Full-Time opening for a Behavioral Health Administrative Assistant. The incumbent will be responsible for complex administrative, operational, procedural, programmatic and/or budgetary analysis and support for the Behavioral Health Department.
Salary range: $3,117 – $3,978 per month depending on qualifications. Excellent County benefits package.

Duties may include (but not limited to)
- Personnel
- Budgeting
- Billing and Accounting
- Contract administration
- Staff support to committees or other groups.
- Responsible for developing and providing a variety of reports generated from the Department’s electronic health record or electronic data management system to assist in meeting reporting and Quality Improvement requirements.
Minimum qualifications:
- Equivalent to graduation from high school supplemented by business or other applicable technical course work and four years of office administrative or secretarial experience.
- At least two years of college-level education is desirable.
