Overview
Modoc County Behavioral Health has a permanent full-time opening for a Behavioral Health Clinician I or Behavioral Health Clinician II.
Clinician I: (Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology & registered w/ CA Board of Behavioral Sciences) – Pay Range 286: $4,548 – $7,056 per month
Clinician II: – Licensed LCSW, LMFT or Psychologist – Range 311: $5,153 – $7,995 per month
Job Duties: The position is responsible for the full range of behavioral health counseling and casework services for community members to include adults, children, individuals, families and groups. Services include assessment, diagnosis, crisis intervention, counseling and related treatment, referral, prevention and education activities, and related work as assigned. Duties include serving on the rotation for on-call after-hours crisis services.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Possess a valid California Class C driver’s license.
- For Clinician I, Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling; registered with an intern number with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
- For Clinician II, Master’s Degree and licensure as an LCSW or LMFT. Prefer certification to provide supervision for licensure.
