Our candidate will need excellent communication skills and be able to multi-task at a busy heating and air conditioning company office. Must possess administrative/coordination skills and be able to manage the office in a highly organized fashion.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Handle incoming calls and other communications.
• Help manage filing system (both paper and digital).
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and QuickBooks (Version – Contractor 21.0).
• QuickBooks experience a must. Willing to train if ONE skill here requires an education.
• Provide administrative support and assist in the day-to-day operations of the Construction team.
• Willingness to step in and help with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
