Cal-Sierra Title Company is expanding and is looking for an individual to assist in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Answering phones with multiple lines
-Scheduling appointments with customers
-Receiving customers for signings
-General office administration (copying, filing, preparing, and mailing documents, etc.)
-Assisting coworkers as needed
-Excellent customer service
-Professional and ethical
-High attention to detail
-Ability to multi-task
-Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
-A Notary Public is highly desired, however training will be provided
-Title and Escrow administration experience is desired, however training will be provided
Looking for a professional, reliable, organized, ambitious person who can wear multiple hats throughout the workday and be flexible in re-arranging priorities. The right individual will be provided opportunities for growth and additional responsibilities over time. Minimum of two years administrative experience desired.
Wages & Benefits
Salary is $15.00 -$ 18.00 per hour depending on experience. After the introductory period, full time employees are provided with insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays. Work hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
