Start at $18.50 and goes to $20.50/hour after 90 days with flexible scheduling options that fit your life.
What You’ll Do (Make Everyday Matter)
As a caregiver, you’ll be more than support, you’ll be a trusted companion, advocate, and source of joy.
Compassionate Care & Daily Support
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Prepare nourishing meals and support healthy routines
- Provide medication reminders and mobility assistance
- Help with errands, transportation, and appointments
Meaningful Home Assistance
- Light housekeeping to create a safe, comfortable environment
- Grocery shopping and meal planning
- Support with everyday tasks that bring peace of mind
Connection & Companionship
- Build genuine relationships through conversation and engagement
- Encourage mental stimulation, positivity, and independence
- Be a consistent, uplifting presence in someone’s life
Who You Are
- Compassion-first mindset with a heart for helping others
- Patient, respectful, and dependable
- Physically able to assist with daily caregiving tasks
- Willing to obtain a Home Care Aide License
- Reliable transportation and insurance
