Compass is hiring compassionate caregivers to support adults with developmental disabilities in the Redding area.

What You’ll Do
You’ll provide one-on-one support to help someone live independently and confidently in their own home. This may include:
- Encouragement and emotional support
- Assisting with daily routines and life skills
- Community outings and appointments
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Transportation and errands
- Personal care (as needed)
Every day is different, and your support helps clients grow, connect, and pursue their goals.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- At least 3 years of driving history
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test (paid by Compass)
- CPR/First Aid certification before hire (paid by Compass)

Pay: $18.50 – $22.00 per hour
