Overview
A tour guide has many responsibilities, most importantly providing an enjoyable and accurate tour experience to our guests. They will be required to learn the cavern tour and will be encouraged to personalize the tour, making it as informative and enjoyable as possible. There are no qualifications or certificates that are needed. However, there is a physical demand because they will need to be able to walk up and down a number of stairs multiple times a day. The position is full time, up to forty hours a week, with possibility of overtime. Being a tour guide you have great satisfaction in knowing that you are knowledgeable and are helping people learn about one of the area’s most beautiful and unique attractions.
