Call Center and/or other related experience desired. Experience in customer service capacity highly desired.
Knowledge of general office practices and personal computer operations including Word and Excel, spreadsheet, and email software programs.
Must possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. Must have excellent customer service and phone skills. Must have the ability to work in a high paced team environment, with the ability to multi-task and to establish and maintain customer relationships.
