Overview

*** $5,000.00 sign-on bonus offered to new hires in this role who have a minimum of two years of experience working in this capacity with a commitment of 3 years. ***

The position encompasses care of patients from intake through checkout. Provides assistance to the physician or mid-level provider, telephone triage, chart organization, care of equipment, and care of the environment. Responsible for communication to the patients in the Coagulation Clinic. Monitors and facilitates patient assistance programs such as Every Woman Counts, Family PACT, CHDP, and all prescription assistance programs. EOE

Additional Application:

Required Education: Active California RN license; and maintains current CPR card. Experience: Two years of clinic experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Demonstrates a willingness to learn, accept change, and assume different duties as needed. Knowledge of diagnostic and procedural coding, insurance prior authorizations, and patient assistance programs.
