About the Job
Provide oversight and guidance for all clinical services; Assist with team building and support of unlicensed clinical staff; Work closely with the Executive Director and Clinical Team to ensure adherence to program objectives and standards. Provide effective trauma-informed counseling services including crisis
intervention, therapy, advocacy and related services for clients and their families in either individual or group settings.
Master’s degree in counseling, social work and licensure or registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. Must be proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel; Must be well-organized with attention to detail. Must be able to work with a broad range of people and maintain an environment that is conducive to serving high-risk populations and people in crisis. Strong active listening skills, good
decision-making, a non-judgmental and accepting attitude. Requires completion of a 40-hour domestic violence crisis intervention certification training (post-hire requirement).
