Overview
Offer technical support to customers, both over the phone & on site, for service & repair needs on Ricoh multi-functional copiers & office equipment. Maintain a personal inventory & car stock. Work with customers I.T. and/or local network to facilitate proper connections of print/scan/fax features. Looking for individuals with technical experience.
