Overview

Perform tasks to ensure your assigned position is ready to open/close and/or rush-ready.

Work with the Restaurant Management team to execute position and shift requirements and communicate with crew members and Team Trainers through ongoing communication including team huddles, manager meetings, etc.

Execute position tasks and ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures to “Exceed Customer Expectations”.

Work with the Restaurant Management team to ensure quality, production and service standards are met and to create a safe, efficient and professional environment for customers and other employees.

Help execute appropriate shift-specific procedures according to DOP. Follow up on VOC guest feedback as needed.

Use general restaurant equipment (warmer, fryer, grill, slicer etc).

Work a variety of positions: Runner/Line Coordinator, Order Taker/Dining Room, Grill, Fryer, Sandwiches, Drinks, Registers/Drive-thru, Prep, Opening an Closing Responsibilities.

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Minimum Education and Experience

Minimum Months of Experience: 6
Education Required: High School
Driver's License Required: Yes
