An office position which includes:
Answering phones
Scheduling and following up with customers
Ordering products
Responding to emails
Connecting with our team and contributing to a great culture
Job Details:
Our customer service team is essential to keeping the company operating and ensuring homeowners have a great experience with us.
Customer Service Representatives act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, schedule service
appointments, and resolve any emerging tasks that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Who are you?
● Proven sales and customer support experience
● Strong phone, active listening and communication skills
● Organized and detail oriented
● Great customer interaction, friendly, kind, compassionate and professional
● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
● Listen to, communicate with, and help customers achieve a Wow! experience
● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
● Light cleaning
● Able to build processes for different tasks
Education and Experience
● High school or equivalent education required
● Pass basic math exam
● 6 months minimum in customer service
● Service Titan/scheduling experience recommended
● Type 35 Words per minute minimum
