Overview

(Depending on qualifications) starting out/entry level –  receptionist, filing paperwork, 1st person answering phones, taking payments and contacting insurance companies if necessary.  As experience grows, inputting customer data into computer.

Advanced duties would be (if licensed for insurance) quoting personal lines insurance, placing policies with companies and dealing with customers on their claims and issues.

Driver's License Required: Yes
