We need dedicated professionals who can stand behind our product and offer exceptional service to both existing and prospective clients. Our Representatives walk a fine line between advocating for customers and maintaining a cordial relationship with out staff, so it’s imperative that we hire individuals who are capable of effectively balancing these responsibilities:
Answer customer calls
Answer customer emails
Assist customer and offer solutions when using our services
Be polite to customers
Be able to use multiple software programs
Be able to make product suggestions to customers
Listen to customers and address their concerns
Work as part of a team in keeping store standards
F/T, M through F, with weekend availalbility
Requirements: On time team player, detail oriented, sales experience, work well under pressure, communicate effectively and clearly with customers, computer literate with MS Word, Excel, Acrobat, & frequently used programs/services, able to lift 25-50 lbs, and work a flexible schedule if needed.
Nice to have: Previous UPS store experience, retail experience, shipping & packaging experience a plus (but not required), notary license (will pay for this), and background in either business/sales/marketing.

Wage range: $16 to $17.00

Minimum Education and Experience
