Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for inquiries related to forest service activities, regulations, and recreational opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for serving the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide courteous and informed assistance to visitors, stakeholders, and the public.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, addressing questions and concerns promptly and accurately.
  • Assist visitors with obtaining permits, passes, and other necessary documentation for forest activities.
  • Educate the public on forest regulations, safety guidelines, and recreational opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with forest service staff to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
