Overview
Adhering to California Department of Public Health guidelines for skilled nursing facility meal preparation following MD orders. Staff will prepare and serve meals to ensure maximum nutrition in accordance with patients’ dietary needs, including allergies and restrictions. This is a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail is a must! Ability to follow direction, receive feedback and respond to changes quickly. Food Handlers Certificate a plus, but not required.
