  • Assist the clients in outside traveling such as medical appointments
  • Assist individuals with their daily living, provided safety, and comfort
  • Recorded information regarding progression or regression in client’s behaviorisms
  • Administer routine medications as directed
  • Ensure good housekeeping for resident
  • Establish rapport and sense of trust with clients
  • Communicate clearly and proficiently with staff members
  • Assist the safety and well-being of the clients
