The Director of Outpatient Clinics renders professional leadership pursuant to the mission, values and objectives of Eastern Plumas Health Care and is responsible for the Dental, Outpatient clinics, Behavioral Health and Telemedicine Services. The Director of Outpatient Clinics implements EPHC’s Mission and Values through the design and provision of a quality, integrated service delivery model. While primarily responsible for the effectiveness and efficiency of the service, the Director of Outpatient Clinics demonstrates an awareness of additional internal and external forces impacting care and resources at the point-of-service, as well as across the care continuum.
