The Director of Outpatient Clinics renders professional leadership pursuant to the mission, values and objectives of Eastern Plumas Health Care and is responsible for the Dental, Outpatient clinics, Behavioral Health and Telemedicine Services.  The Director of Outpatient Clinics implements EPHC’s Mission and Values through the design and provision of a quality, integrated service delivery model.  While primarily responsible for the effectiveness and efficiency of the service, the Director of Outpatient Clinics demonstrates an awareness of additional internal and external forces impacting care and resources at the point-of-service, as well as across the care continuum.  A commitment to clinical excellence is displayed through participation and consistent implementation of clinical standards of care and practice and through professional development activities for self and staff. Additional Application:

Master’s degree or higher in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred. A minimum of three years in a healthcare leadership position. Related clinical training/experience within the last two years. Progressive supervisory responsibility. A combination of relevant education and directly related work experience may be substituted for education requirements. Rural Health Care experience preferred
