Direct Support Professional
$2/per hour NOC Differential Pay!!!
$.50 to $1 per hour additional pay for those who possess DSP 1/ DSP 2 certifications
$150-700 potential bonuses
Seeking compassionate individuals to work with our nursing staff to support behavioral and therapeutic plans for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
Hiring for 12 hour shifts, 6a-6p or 6p-6a. (Weekends required.)
Wage: DOE, annual increases and advancement available.

About NVDS:
North Valley Developmental Services, Inc. facilities include Adult Day Programs and multiple houses where up to six (6) individual adults with intellectual disabilities reside.
North Valley Developmental Services, Inc. assists clients with daily living goals such as: personal care and hygiene, household chores i.e. laundry, preparing portioned meals following dietary guidelines on our menus, general housekeeping, transportation and support to medical appointments and outings,
Clients are integrated into the community with outings such as; movies, Special Olympics Bowling, shopping and Day Programs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Six months in human services preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license in good standing. Car registration and vehicle insurance if providing transportation for individuals receiving services.
All state-required training and certification completed in mandated timeframes. This includes but is not limited to DSP1 and DSP2 certification.
