Overview
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform clerical duties to include compose, send and receive e-mails, letters, memos, reports and other correspondence to appropriate recipients; send/receive faxes; perform filing; typing, data input; arrange courier services, as needed;
Answer phone inquiries and/or direct calls to appropriate team member, or take messages, as necessary;
Coordinate and initiate meetings and appointments/jobs
Process Invoices – accounts payable and accounts receivable
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be proficient in using a computer
Proficient Microsoft Office experience;
Possess a high level of attention to detail, astute organizational and time management skills, with strong analytical acumen;
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary;
Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude;
Proficient oral and written communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with employees, management, vendors, clients and others.
