Journeyman Rate: $34.13/hour + Shift Differential

MAINTENANCE UPGRADE PROGRAM: Electrician “Tech I” and “Tech II” are advanced Electricians, who in addition to having all the basic skills of maintaining our facilities electrical equipment, possess and demonstrate advanced skills as defined in this program. Electricians will be paid at Journeyman rate, until they demonstrate qualifications for one of the upgrade levels, as determined by plant upgrade committee. 

Electrician Tech I: Journeyman Rate + $5.10/ hour

Electrician Tech II: Journeyman Rate + $7.60/hour

SIGN-ON BONUS: Up to $3,000 for Licensed Electricians who meet credentials
