Estimation, scheduling and project management for a local construction company.

– Ability to read and interpret building plans
– Perform quantity take-offs and create material lists
– Schedule crew and subcontractors
– Create and submit RFIs and submittals
– Write contracts and proposals
– CAD experience preferred
– Bachelors degree in Construction Management preferred
– Knowledge of construction process and building trades required
