Experience with Mexican cooking preferred.
Maintain full knowledge of the menu, follow safe and sanitary food handling procedures, assemble dishes, as requested by front-of-the-house staff through POS System.
Work and communicate with other kitchen staff to make sure food is ready.
Responsible for cleaning work station and equipment at the end of the shift
