Overview

The Sierra County Road Department is recruiting for an extra help Road Maintenance Worker I-III DOQ

Road maintenance workers are responsible to operate a variety of power-driven road maintenance or construction equipment, to perform road maintenance work and related work as required.

Special Requirements

Possession of an appropriate California Commercial Operator’s License Class A required for RMW III, Class B required for RMW II, and non- commercial Class C required for RMW I

Miscellaneous Information

Pre-employment Drug Screen and Live Scan required. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record upon hire and maintained throughout employment.

Hourly Wage: $20.38- $27.51
