Overview
Starts part-time (15 hours a week) until the Summer Camps 6/26 to 30, 7/10 to 14, 7/24 to 28, to 8/7 to 11 that call for 40 hours during those days.
Resumes accepted until January 20, 2023
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serves as an educator by executing lesson plans and activities, leading groups of students on field trips and at summer camp.
- Assists with coordination of volunteers, field trips, and events as needed.
- Assists with farm tasks as time allows.

Position Requirements:
- Experience with farm-based education and farm work
- Knowledge of food systems and experience with food justice, social justice, equity, and inclusion work
- Able to work collaboratively with people from diverse backgrounds in terms of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, class, and religion
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to farm in rural area
Physical Expectations:
- Ability to do physical labor, to lift 40 lb +
- Ability to work in the sun for 5 + hours invariable weather conditions
- Ability to clearly communicate in a variety of ways (in person, on phone, digital)
Hourly wage $18.00 to $20:00 DOE
