This position plans, organizes and performs a variety of fiscal, budgetary, administratively confidential and analytical functions for all departments of the Sheriff’s Office. Duties include:

  • Grant project coordination
  • Budget Management
  • Fiscal Records
  • Departmental Payroll Activities
  • Civil Legal Documents
  • Departmental personnel files and HR, POST and law enforcement and OES training records
  • Accounts Payable and receivable for departments of the Office of the Sheriff.

Accounting or similar degree preferred along with two years fiscal experience.

Modoc County is an EOE.

Driver's License Required: Yes
