Under supervision, on a temporary or seasonal basis, to assist professional staff in a variety of technical and routine scientific tasks related to Department of Fish and Game activities.
Assist environmental scientist in fish and wildlife monitoring activities.
Invasive weed control including application herbicides, hand/mechanical removal and monitoring efforts.
Seeding and fertilizing of annual farming plots.
Maintenance of equipment, buildings and grounds including public use facilities.
Assist in the removal of refuse throughout the wildlife area.
Work in hunter check stations.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Possession of a valid driver license. And Either I Education: Equivalent to completion of two years of college with a minimum of 10 semester hours in biological or chemistry sciences.
Minimum Salary: 13.09 Hour Maximum Salary: 15.53 Hour
