Responsible for providing clerical and organizational support to various departments.  Maintains files and calendars, copies packets, organizes paperwork, purges files and performs data entry projects.  Greets visitors and screens phone calls.  Performs a wide variety of functions which may vary and are often confidential in nature. Must be flexible to be assigned to multiple departments / projects as needed.


Preferred Education:  None.

Experience: Healthcare experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  Strongly prefer very good computer skills and type 25 wpm, and comfortable using Microsoft Office.  Excellent public relations, adaptability and communication skills required. Ability to work well with people and handle stressful situations in a calm manner. Excellent attention to detail is required.  Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
