Coastal Mountain Timber is looking for:

Groundsman

The Tree Groundman’s duties include reporting to the Foreman, assisting Arborists, collecting, and piling branches, maintaining tools and equipment, and ensuring hazard-free work areas. You should be able to work with a variety of crew members. Additional job duties include: jobsite cleanup, assist tree climbers in handling of ropes, chainsaw operation, become familiar with trimming and climbing techniques as well as help maintain a safe work environment. This position requires travel, all accommodations met, within California and Oregon. Starting pay is $21.63 hourly. Fulltime > 40 hours, permanent, covered by union, full benefits. This position is designed to advance from entry level within 18 months to Climber, Heavy Equipment Operator, etc. Driver license required, clean DMV history, ordinary pre-employment screening.
