Overview

Responsibilities and Duties

Contact prospective customers, including builders, architects, and designers, by telephone and in person on a regular basis to solicit new business.
Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with all established customers in an effort to not only maintain but continually expand current levels of business.
Provide clients with superior product knowledge, take measurements for quoting purposes, create quotes, follow up, and close sales.
Complete product quotations to customers in an expeditious and accurate manner.
Process purchase orders and invoices in an expeditious and accurate manner.
Must be knowledgeable in building products and standard construction practices to assist and advise customers as requested.
Qualifications and Skills

Construction experience is a plus
Attention to detail a must
Must have strong communication skills
Great customer service skills
Must be quick on your feet, able to multi-task, able to stay organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated
Goal driven
Accountable & responsible
Computer System/Skill Requirements: Strong Microsoft office skills required
Capability to learn different window and door/ building software
Experience:

Window & Door Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Retail Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
