Job Title:         Housekeeping Supervisor

Department:   Housekeeping

Job Summary:

    • Considerable knowledge of housekeeping policies, procedures, equipment, supplies, and bookkeeping procedures
    • Ability to use or learn to use the required operating systems and programs
    • Ability to stand/walk continuously for extended periods of time (6 to 8 Hours)
    • Ability to climb up and down stairs repeatedly throughout a 6 to 8 hour shift.
    • Ability to Lift/Carry up to 40lbs and Push/Pull up to 100lbs.
    • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize well to meet deadlines
    • Behaves with integrity, honesty and is open with guests and fellow associates
    • Develops effective working relationship with fellow associates, managers, outside representatives and agencies.
    • Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of the property and submit recommendations: repairs, painting & furnishing to Engineering Department
    • Inspect and evaluate the cleanliness of designated guest rooms
    • Perform daily opening and closing procedures for housekeeping department
    • Plan, implement, and track special projects and deep cleaning
    • Perform duties of room attendant, house attendant or laundry attendant as needed when staffing levels or hotel needs require
    • Follow attendance policy by being on time for scheduled shifts, working scheduled shifts in full unless instructed otherwise by department supervisor, and providing notification to department supervisor as early as possible and preferably at least 2 hours prior to scheduled shifts if you are unable to work
    • Other duties as assigned or as needed to create Signature Moments for our guests.

    Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour

    • High school or equivalent (Preferred)


    • Cleaning Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
    • Hotel Experience: 2 years (Preferred)

    Typical start time:

    • 8AM

    Typical end time:

    • 5AM
