Incrediwear Multi-channel Sales Support Rep is responsible for responding to inquiries regarding our e-commerce, retail, and sports channels via phone, email, and social media, providing extraordinary service through a high level of sensitivity, empathy, and patience with each consumer.
· Answers inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses, and the industry at large.
· Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
· Identifies and re-engages previous customers through a variety of methods including networking and cold calls.
· Collects and enters orders for new or additional products
· Applies knowledge of the field and product features to match products to the needs of clients.
· Collaborates with purchasing departments, managers, and other staff to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed properly.
· Periodically prepares and reports results, the status of accounts, and leads to manager.
· Performs other duties as assigned.

· Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
