Under general direction, supports the technology needs of the TCOE office and the school districts of Trinity County, including but not limited to computer hardware and software support; networking support; technology recommendations and training.
Level I support specialists are expected to be proficient in at least 5 of the following duty examples and able to perform them as directed and supervised. Level II support specialists are expected to be proficient in at least 9 of the following duty examples with at least 2 being from item 9 through 15 and be able to perform them with moderate supervision. Level III support specialists are expected to be proficient in most of the following duty examples and be able to perform them with little or no supervision.

Valid California Driver’s License
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer support; Apple and Windows platform support; Windows and *nix server operations and system administration; LAN and WAN support. Previous experience in an educational setting preferred.
