Perform rough-in, top-out, finish of new custom homes and remodels, and commercial plumbing. Perform replacement of plumbing fixtures in a residential and commercial setting. Have required tools for a Journeyman Plumber. Utilize your 3-5 years of proven experience at a Journeyman level and be well-spoken and capable of relaying information to clientele in a clear and concise manner. Read and understand blueprints and spec books. Be safety conscious performing under all CalOSHA, CSLB and State of California regulations and requirements. Utilize your good judgement to make and act upon sound decisions. Have the ability to work independently or with a crew of 1 or more. Be an excellent troubleshooter with good organizational skills. Maintain a clean driving record and insurability. Have the heart of a teacher. More information available upon submittal of application and resume. We are currently hiring Section 3 workers for the Cascade Village project in the City of Shasta.  Section 3 ensures that employment and other economic opportunities are directed to public housing residents and other low-income persons, to the greatest extent feasible, particularly recipients of government housing assistance and local businesses that provide economic opportunities to low and very low income persons and Section 3 Workers.

All Public Housing Residents qualify as Section 3 Residents.  Additionally, individuals residing in Shasta County who meet specified income limits can also qualify for Section 3 status.
