Overview
We are seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented Oral & Maxillofacial Surgical Assistant to join our surgical team. Dental or surgical assisting experience is strongly preferred, especially in fast‑paced clinical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with complex oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including:
• Implants
• Dentoalveolar surgery
• Pre‑prosthetic surgery
• Oral & maxillofacial pathology
• Orthognathic surgery
• Facial trauma & reconstructive surgery
• Facial cosmetic procedures
• Oral medicine
• Support hospital‑based surgical cases as needed
• Maintain sterile technique and surgical readiness
• Prepare rooms, instruments, and equipment
• Provide excellent patient care and chairside support
Preferred Skills:
• Prior dental or surgical assisting experience
• Familiarity with digital technologies such as intraoral scanners, X‑Guide, and digital workflows
• Strong computer skills and comfort with modern software systems
• Professional, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a surgical environment
