Overview

COMPASS helps adults with developmental disabilities live interdependently in their own home through our Supported Living Services. Our staff walk beside our clients offering companionship and personal assistance. Our service helps empower our clients to make decisions and support them to have full lives of their choosing.
The Life Guide I (LG1) mission is to provide outstanding direct support to developmentally disabled adults in their home and community. The LGI will work as a team member to maintain individual program integrity and coordinate supports for the client in pursuit of ISP goals and a meaningful life.

Here are a few job expectations: assistance with shopping, meal planning, cooking, cleaning, medication administration assistance, community event attendance, assistance with going to school or work, transportation, appointments and personal hygiene.

3 year driving history, ability to lift 50lbs

Minimum Education and Experience

Education Required: High School
Driver's License Required: Yes
