Description

We are looking for a professional Line Cook to prepare food at the Diamond Steakhouse Bar and Lounge.

Responsibilities

  • Cooks’ food items by grilling, frying, sauteing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
  • Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage
  • Cleans and sanitizes cooking surface at the end of the shift
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fine-dining restaurant
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Food Handlers card

Starting Wage Range: $16-$18 DOE
