Overview
Duties include, but are not limited to:
● Answer phones
● Take messages
● Schedule appointments
● Greet/Manage arriving Customers
○ Assist with completion of Consent Form/paperwork, check ID’s
● General housekeeping tasks as needed
● Assist with other duties as needed
The candidate:
● Ability to MAINTAIN CONFIDENTIALITY OF ALL PERSONS AND INFORMATION (Sign Confidentiality Agreement)
● Professional appearance
● Computer software skills, including Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Spreadsheets
● Ability to multi-task
● Willingness to learn new skills/help where needed
● Flexible with work schedule if necessary
