The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading a broad range of marketing initiative from new product development to consumer promotions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building, managing, and executing targeted marketing plans that support the company’s strategic plan
  • Lead product development initiatives from concept to commercialization
  • Lead packaging development initiatives from concept to commercialization
  • Manage planning and execution of marketing promotion tactics
  • Manage outside agency & contract partners in support of marketing plans
  • Support sales team and other cross-functional departments as needed
  • Develop and manage marketing program budgets

Knowledge and Skills

  • Good leadership and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Strong oral and written presentation skills
  • Strong project management capability
  • Understanding of modern consumer research techniques
  • Strong analytic skills and knowledge of common industry syndicated data sources such as IRI
  • Strong grounding in marketing strategy as well as experience with marketing levers such as social media, PR, and advertising
  • 3-5+ years’ experience marketing consumer products, preferably food
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • MBA Preferred
