Below is the full description of the position. Please note that some functions/operations may be restricted or limited by county guidelines.

The Men’s Lounge, Locker Room, and Airport Transportation Attendant is a versatile and key role responsible for providing members and guests with the highest level of customer service through face to face interaction.

The ideal candidate has a knowledge of golf, light F&B experience, and can demonstrate outstanding customer service and hospitality at all times with members, guests, and fellow Ambassadors. This position will suit someone who enjoys performing a variety of tasks, works well with a fast-paced team in a busy environment, and maintains calm friendliness during periods of elevated activity.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Engage with our membership in a friendly and upbeat manner
  • Know the offerings and reservation information available at the Club to share with members
  • Monitor the cleanliness and appearance of facilities including updated rigorous disinfecting and cleaning schedule
  • Serve Food and Beverage to our members
  • Scheduled airport pick-ups and drop offs (currently no transportation, will change with County orders)
  • Anticipate our member’s needs
  • Maintain a positive demeanor in all interactions with members, guests, and fellow ambassadors
  • Must maintain a high level of customer service by attentiveness to member’s needs as well as presentation of the department and events and offerings around the Club

Requirements:

  • Must be male and at least 21 years of age to our alcohol only as part of food service when bars are allowed to be open under Covid guidelines
  • Must have a clean DMV record to drive company vehicles
  • Light food and beverage bar experience
  • Flexible availability: mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (this includes marijuana)
  • Ability to be trained on, use, and understand a basic Point of Sale system
  • Ability to get to and from work in adverse weather conditions
  • Must wear all provided masks and gloves
  • Must learn and follow all additional health and safety guidelines and protocols for the safest possible operation

Minimum Age: 21

Hiring Requirements: Drug Testing/Screening, Motor Vehicle Record Check

Education Level: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Requires a Driver’s License: Yes, Operator License

Minimum Salary: 18.00 Hour     

Maximum Salary: 18.00 Hour
