Overview

Duties Include:

  • Assist in month-end reporting procedures;
  • Maintain confidentiality with all sensitive information and documentation;
  • Perform cursory review of personnel documentation for accuracy while maintaining confidentiality;
  • Process accounts payables and receivables as needed;
  • Perform filing and general administrative tasks;
  • Prepare and submit customer invoices;
  • Code, post, and receive payments;
  • Prepare and coordinate bank deposit activities;
  • Perform necessary account, bank and other reconciliations;
  • Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payment;
  • Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices;
  • Maintain vendor files;
  • Pick up and distribute mail;
  • Perform bank deposits;
  • Assist Controller with time and attendance for payroll when necessary;
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
