Overview
We are looking for reliable and motivated Seafood Production Processors/Laborers to join our night shift team. In this role, you will help run and support our processing machinery to ensure efficient, high-quality production.
No prior experience is necessary. We provide full-paid, on-the-job training to give you all the tools you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
– Sorting, inspecting and supporting processing equipment for shrimp, crab, and future incoming seafood species.
– Packing/weighing product to specific pack size as instructed.
– Perform basic cleaning, and maintenance routines during operations.
– Work collaboratively with shift supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
– Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Ensure product quality standards and food safety protocols are always met.
Qualifications & Requirements:
– Experience is a plus but not required.
– Ability to work the night shift. (Typical hours 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, times may vary)
– Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
– Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as needed in a processing plant environment.
– Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.
